Holiday Drinks:

Spiced Apple Martini (makes one serving) -
3 oz Apple Wine
3/4 oz Vanilla Vodka
3/4 oz Triple Sec
coat rim of the glass with cinnamon sugar.

Hot Spiced Toddy (makes one crockpot worth) -

Orange Slices
1 Bottle Ashley's Spiced Apple wine
3 oz dark rum
1 Tbsp honey
cinnamon sticks
Serve warmed

Hot Carmel Apple (makes one crockpot worth)
1 bottle Ashley's Spiced Apple Wine
1/2 cup caramel vodka
cinnamon sticks and apple slices
serve warmed

Snuggle Bug

1 bottle Vino 45
1 tsp honey
1/2 cup cherry liquor
orange slices and mulling spice
Serve warm in the crockpot



Chocolate Recipes:

Kenny's Chocolate Fudge -
-one 7 oz. jar of marshmallow fluff
-1.5 cups sugar
-2/3 cup evaporated milk
-1/4 cup butter
-1/4 tsp salt
-one 11.5 oz. bag of milk chocolate morsels
-one 6 oz.bag of semi-sweet chocolate morsels
-1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
-1 tsp vanilla
-combine marshmallow fluff, sugar, milk, butter, and salt. bring to a full rolling boil stirring constantly. Boil for 5 min, stirring constantly. Remove and add morsels, nuts, and vanilla. Pour into foil lined 8x8" pan

Homemade Peanut Butter Cups-

-4 oz white chocolate
-1/2 cup peanut butter
-12 oz semi or bitter sweet chocolate
-2 Tablespoons unsalted chopped peanuts
-Line two 12 cup muffin pans, combine white chocolate and peanut butter in microwave & melt until almost melted (1-1.5 min) stirring half way. Melt semi sweet or bitter chocolate. Layer chocolate - peanut butter - chocolate in cups, sprinkle with chopped peanuts.  Store in airtight container for up to 2 weeks.

Caramel Pecan Turtles-

Crust:
-2 cups flour
-1 cup brown sugar
-1/2 cup butter
-Preheat oven to 350. mix ingredients in mixer bowl at medium speed until well mixed and dough forms fine particles. With hands pat dough into 9x13x2in pan.
Caramel:
-1 cup butter
-3 tablespoons corn syrup
-1.5 cups brown sugar
-2 cups chopped pecans
-12 oz chocolate chips
-In saucepan over medium heat, mix butter, syrup, and brown sugar for caramel. Bring to a boil, boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Sprinkle nuts over crust, pour caramel over all. Bake 18-22 min until surface bubbles. Immediately after removing pan from oven, pour chocolate chips evenly over all. Let stand briefly to melt, then spread chocolate, sprinkle with sea salt before chocolate sets. Cool, cut into squares. yield 48 squares.



Holiday Recipes:

Concordian Meatballs -
-9 oz grape jelly
-6 oz chili sauce
-1/2 cup ketchup
-2-3 tsp lemon juice
-1/4 cup Sweet Bailey
-Heat all ingredients and add your favorite meatballs and serve!

Spicy Asian Meatballs -
-7.5 oz Asian Hoisin sauce
-11.5 oz Asian Peanut Sauce
-Simmer in crock pot or on stove top with your favorite meatballs and serve over rice noodles or as appetizers!

Red Sangria -
-3/4 cup simple syrup, equal parts sugar and water
-2 bottles Duet
-3/4 cup  blackberry brandy
-1/2 cup triple sec
-3/4 cup orange juice
-Mix with slices of oranges, lemons, limes, blackberries, and starfruit,chill for two hours and serve in a punchbowl or glass pitcher!
If you have any of this left over you'll want to store it in the fridge with the citrus slices removed or they'll impart bitterness.

Cayuga/Cranberry Punch -
-equal parts Cayuga White and cranberry juice
-spritz of Sierra Mist Cranberry Splash
-Serve in punch bowl with frozen ring of lime and cranberry or by the glass garnished with fresh cranberries and lime!

Warm Mulled Red Wine -
-One bottle of Vino 45
-2 cups apple cider or apple juice
-1/4 cup raw honey
-3 to 4 bags of mulling spice
-garnish with orange slices and simmer in crockpot on low at least 45 min- 1 hr, do not boil! Can remain on low in pot or crockpot for hours!
